Alex started his career in financial services over 20 years ago with at the Royal Insurance company working firstly as adviser and then latterly as sales manager. He then moved Scottish Widows and later Scottish Life/Royal London as a pension consultant in the city of London. During which time he obtained a number of UK financial qualifications.
As an independent IFA Alex has worked with clients in the UK and overseas helping and advising on wealth management and estate planning.
Outside Europe Alex is Series 65 qualified which means he is able to provide advice to US resident clients where he is a Licenced to provide investment advice via the SEC.
As a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment Alex adheres to a code of high ethics and values.
Alex is married to Tanya with two boys and two dogs. When not working Alex is a keen Aston Villa fan and enjoys cycling, hiking, kayaking and other outdoor pursuits.
